Mr. Campbell has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive leader and strategic advisor with global business interests across the Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure, and Security & Defense sectors.
Mr. Campbell is a Distinguished Fellow in the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils (GFCC), an Executive Director of Seneca Commodities-Zambia, and a former Principal Committee Member of U.S. EXIM Bank’s Sub-Saharan Africa Advisory Committee.
Mr. Campbell is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, serving with distinction as the Marine & Naval Attaché to Nigeria and in combat tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Sudan.
Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland as well as a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

Mr. Sekandi has over 20 years of experience working at London-based professional services firms, including KPMG, where he advised U.S. and global clients on risk mitigation and due diligence in African markets.
As a mining executive, Mr. Sekandi has participated in a range of transactions, including acquisitions, equity & debt, royalty & streaming financing, reverse takeovers, joint ventures, and SPACs. He was a Management Executive (Risk & Compliance) at a mining investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Sekandi is a shareholder of a privately owned graphite exploration project in Namibia and also serves as an Executive Director of Seneca Commodities-Zambia.
Mr. Sekandi holds both a BA and an LLB from University of Cape Town.

Mr. Mills is a seasoned leader in investment and consulting, specializing in partnerships within emerging markets for both government and private sector clients. With over 25 years of experience, he has successfully executed numerous corporate transactions, generating substantial returns on investment.
Mr. Mill's expertise spans market entry strategies, due diligence, and capital raising, alongside a strong track record in nurturing high-level relationships. He currently serves as Lead Independent Director at Stanbic Investment Management Services Ghana Limited, Chairman of Ashburn Consulting LLC and a Director of two education-focused foundations.
Mr. Mills holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
